Senior Information Security Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer to join our Information Security Division and assist in developing and implementing security measures to protect the Group’s computer systems, network and data, as well as identifying and defining system security requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist, in cooperation with the Group’s IT staff and with external help from software vendors and integrators, in the design, set up, configuration and management of the Group’s security-critical systems (e.g., IDM, DLP, Directory Servers, SIEM, APT Sandbox, GRC, Crypto-Vault, E-Mail Protection and other similar systems)
- Assist the Group’s IT teams (DEV and ADM/OPS) in activities related to the development and integration of new and existing infrastructure and software systems or applications with the abovementioned security-critical systems
- Design and oversee information and configuration flows between the above systems, resorting to an in-house or external team of developers for the development of new or the improvement of existing middleware
- Plan and conduct information security assessments, such as vulnerability assessments, internal penetration tests, ethical hacking sessions, OWASP assessments, system hardening assessments, etc., on the Group’s own and potentially, on subcontractors’ infrastructure and services, and assist external auditors and testers in related activities
- Participate in the Group’s information/cyber security incident management team, analyze threats, respond to information security incidents, conduct forensics analysis, and assess containment and complete removal of information security threats
- Engage in soft Information Security activities, such as training, awareness, threat intelligence, and crisis management preparation, participate in cyber-security exercises and contests, and network with other national and international bodies, such as CSIRTs.
Knowledge and experience
- BSc degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Science or other similar degree
- Master’s degree in the above or related field(s) is a plus
- At least 6 years of experience as a Senior Information Security Engineer or in a relevant field
- At least 3 Professional Certifications in the Cybersecurity area, including Incident Handling and Digital Forensic.
